Achilles tendon problems?
A nice illustration in the video below of the Cook and Purdham model of tendinopathies that suggests that tendon problems may be seem as more of a continuum.
It is aimed a little more at clinicians than patients, but if you are interested in tendon problems you may find it helpful not least to encourage you to get these problems addressed early rather than waiting too long before getting advice and treatment.
